This anthology series is a bit odd, filled with short horror films directed by some of the most notable names in horror (at least for the 2000's). As most anthology's go, some films are worlds better than others.

This series was okay, I first watched it during late nights staying up way beyond my bedtime when I was a kid. I definitely remembered some episodes (such as The Fair-Haired Child and We All Scream For Ice Cream) but as a whole overall, it felt like watching something I'd never seen before.
I really enjoyed that each episode was filmed by a notable director, and I like that a lot of the political commentary in some of them (like the anti-war messaging in Homecoming, LGBTQ rights/love in Sick Girl, misogyny commentary and religious extremism within The Screwfly Solution, etc.) made it feel like I was still watching something that could have been directed today and still be relevant to ongoing societal issues.
I think it's a fun watch, but definitely not for everyone. So, if you like raunchy horror films that have a ton of practical special effects, then I think you'll really enjoy it. Otherwise, it's not really a "must watch".
